Penny Washington, one of the longest serving CEOs in the history of Advance Community Health retired in April. In this episode, she talks to the North Carolina Community Health Center Association (NCCHCA) team about how she joined the health center and quickly took on the role of CEO, serving underserved communities for 24 years, and her plans after retirement.
